Time - between 11.15pm and 11.45 before onset of whole night’s sleep
In the last few weeks Ive had 3 or 4 OBE’s, at first I was not sure what I was experiencing as sleep paralysis was the common link. Next I had a terrifying idea I was visited by supernatural beings, as magnetic energies flowed through me like a dancing wind and pulled or pushed me ( as a poltergeist may? )
The sensations are hard to describe as they feel so real, not dream like, as if finally i have been visited by a ghost and my DNA and mind are rattled !
Now I look forward to these physics defying Altered states of consciousness, I am aware that paralysis and sensations of a sucubus or entities and energy are out of body signifiers, and I want to explore. Last night on the 24th November I was in bed hoping for early night as i would be moving home the next morning… as i drifted off, i became aware of my head. It was lower than usual, as if I was resting my chin on a table surface ( this is the only part that was like a dream, at this point i became aware I was dreaming ) so it was a lucid dream? I tested it by pushing my face through the dark wall ahead of me – amazingly it started to slip through like putting your face underwater…. but different. My head and whole being started to vibrate,,,3 -4times per second incessantyly as I continued to slip inwards and downwards into this dark space… a little shocked I told myself to go with it… surely it could not be more scary than when I first tried DMT? I made the effort to breathe slowly,, i would like to monitor this in my sleep or OBE states. as i strongly believe breathing is intrinsic in my passages within ASC and OBE.
After just a few minutes of dark, sucking, dropping and vibrational attractions, i emerged… pleased and soporific,,, i paused for a short while contemplating how strong and real this has been… and how unlike a dream or lucid dream, there was no chance of forgetting this if i didnt immediately write it down like we were taught to dream journal ( as those details from within sleep are so fleeting )…. this
